Tokyo Subway Map vs. Web Trends 2007 Diagram

I showed a friend tonight, who taught in Japan for 11 years, the Web Trends 2007 Diagram and she asked why I had a picture of the Tokyo subway. So I had to look up for myself the subway map.Ha. Now I'm even more amused at the Trends Diagram.

I saw this via George Siemens today. All I can say when I looked at is was WOW. My colleage that shares my office just wants to know....who creates these and where do they find the time.
