I Love the World & Discovery Channel

...and I don't care who knows it. If I could lock myself in a room and just watch the Discovery Channel and National Geographic all day, I'd be a happy gal.

My friend jokes that they are my "nerd channels". I just don't care. I love watching them and learning all they offer. I saw this commerical today on Discovery and it just made me smile. I hope it makes you smile a bit too and be as intrigued about the world around you as I hope I am.

Photo of the Day, National Geographic

My home page popped this image up as the photo of the day. I just saw it now and thought it was beautiful.

Now I know what a sea nettle looks like...there...I've learned something new today.
